These nativity designs are machine embroidered onto linen. I stretched them on canvases so a person could hang them or place them together in a grouping on a shelf or mantel. Very beautiful in the Art Nouveau style!
The embroidery measures 5 x 6 ½ inches.
The canvas measures 8 x 10 inches.
They are all square; just the angle of the camera or the photographer's skill.

ReplyDeleteThey ARE beautiful. At first, I thought the darker threads were stitched over a printed background, but it's all thread when I look closer. Amazing!
