Great video! I especially love how you’ll repurpose that white fabric as a liner. I also run into this problem of layers bleeding through when I use fleece blankets as backing and as batting. I’ll have to keep an eye peeled for some white poly to upcycle.
If you just have a block here and there where backing will bleed through, a piece of white cotton tshirt does the trick. It kinda sinks into the fleece.
Amen to all that you said, Debra. As a lifetime teacher, I know how important warmth, comfort, safety and sleep are to children. Quilts can help them feel all of that.
